We have followed the Power Maths Scheme of Learning from September 2020. The scheme follows a mastery approach for the teaching of mathematics. The presentation below will explain more about the scheme and the way we teach maths in our school. We continue to work closely with the Maths Hub who support the Maths Lead and Deputy Head to enrich our maths curriculum.

Curriculum Enrichment
KS2 children use White Rose Maths to support their learning at home. White Rose Maths directly links to our Scheme of Learning Power Maths.
Numbots helps our EYFS and KS1 children develop fluency in maths. Children in KS2 can access Numbots should they require extra fluency support. Children progress through the levels at their own pace and earn coins to buy items for their robots. Numbots is partnered with Times Table Rockstars.
Times Table Rockstars is a fun and challenging programme designed to help children in Year 2- Year 6 master times tables. Children progress at their own pace or teachers can set specific tables for children to rehearse. They earn coins to buy items for their rockstars.
